English will be the official language of the conference. Papers in English on the conference theme and topics are called for presentation and publication. Abstracts (up to 500 words) and full papers (limited to 6 formatted pages) must be written in English, closely following the Instructions to Authors, the abstract template and the paper template (which can also be downloaded from the Downloads page of this SDIMI 2017 website).

Paper review and publication: Full papers will be pre-reviewed by editors with regards to topics and formats, reviewed by two peers for refereeing, and proofread by Technical Committee members. Only those original papers meeting the publishing standards (as indicated in the Peer Review Policies and Criteria which can be downloaded from the Downloads page of this SDIMI 2017 website) will be selected for both presentation at the SDIMI 2017 conference and publication in the SDIMI 2017 Proceedings. Additional scholarly or technical papers and in particular invited speeches will be selected for oral presentation only.
The SDIMI 2017 Proceedings will be published electronically and online by Canamaple Academia Services (Camdemia) with a 13-digit ISBN. Each article in the Proceedings will be converted to PDF format and assigned a DOI. A copy of the Proceedings in an e-book format and on a USB flash dive will be made available to conference registrants. The Proceedings will be submitted by the publisher for selection to be covered by the EI Compendex database, after the conference has taken place, following the EI guideline.
